SOBREGIRO is an independent Spanish-language radio show published on YouTube (youtube.com/@sobregiroradio), X (@sobregiroradio) and this website.
1. What we collect
This website does not require registration and does not collect personal data beyond standard, anonymous server logs kept by our hosting provider (Google Firebase Hosting). If you write to us by email, we use your address only to reply.
2. YouTube API Services
Our internal publishing tool («SOBREGIRO Publisher») uses YouTube API Services solely to upload our own videos, set their thumbnails and metadata, manage our own playlists and read the status and statistics of our own channel. It is operated only by the channel owner, has no public users and does not access, collect, store or share data from any other YouTube user or channel. By using content published through it you are also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.
3. Authorization data
The tool stores the channel owner's OAuth credentials locally on a private machine. They are never shared with third parties. Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
4. Cookies and third parties
This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Embedded YouTube players and links are governed by Google's own policies.
5. Children
The show is intended for adults.
6. Changes
We will post any change to this policy on this page with a new date.
